  1. The Data Controller of personal data collected via axabee.com (Website) is Axabee sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Opole at ul. Reymonta 39, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court in Opole, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS (NCR) number: 0000445964; Tax ID No.: 754-30-69-399, REGON: 161505318. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC and other currently applicable (i.e. throughout the entire processing of certain data) by the law on the protection of personal data.
  3. The Data Controller protects personal data processed by him/her in accordance with the generally applicable provisions on the protection of personal data and information security.

CONTACT FORM

  1. The Data Controller processes personal data in order to:
    1. To provide answers to questions asked via the contact form available at www.axabee.com (legal basis – Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) – „legitimate interest”.
    2. Transferring of marketing information in case of consent to the use of data for this purpose (legal basis – Article 6 (1) letter and GDPR) – „consent”.
  2. The transfer of the data indicated in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary to answer the question. The consequence of failure to provide the required personal data is the inability to send a response to the user.

The Data Controller processes personal data for the purpose of sending commercial information (to an e-mail address) and for direct marketing purposes (using a telephone number) on the basis of separate consents, pursuant to the provisions of the Telecommunications Act and the provisions of the Act on Electronic Services.

  11. The Data Controller may transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), which do not provide an adequate level of protection. However, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer is carried out in a safe, controlled manner and is secured by appropriate agreements with their recipients, meeting the conditions set out in Chapter V of the GDPR. The Data Controller may also transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA, for which the European Commission has stated that they provide an adequate level of protection.

  18. the right to withdraw consent in the event that the Data Controller processes the client’s personal data based on consent, at any time and in any way, without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  19. the right to raise objections to the processing of data, in the situation where the basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller,
  20. the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority, when the user decides that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.

NEWSLETTER

  1. The Data Controller processes personal data in order to provide the persons interested in the Data Controller’s offer with marketing information via the newsletter (legal basis – Article 6 (1) letter and GDPR) – „consent”.
  2. The transfer of data is voluntary, but necessary to receive marketing information. The consequence of failure to provide the required personal data is the inability to send the newsletter to the user.

  4. The Data Controller has the right to process personal data for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned objectives or until the consent is withdrawn.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  1. The Data Controller processes personal data of users visiting the Data Controller’s profiles run in social media (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn). These data are processed only in connection with running the Administrator’s profile, including to promote their own brand (legal basis – Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR) – „legitimate interest”.
  2. The scope of personal data processing, specific goals and the rights and obligations of the user of the social network site arise directly from the regulations of the given portal.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy is for information purposes and applies only to the Website: axabee.com and travelti.app. The website may contain links to other internet sites. The Data Controller suggests that each user, after switching to other sites, should read the privacy policy in force there.
  2. The Data Controller reserves the right to introduce changes to the current Privacy Policy in the case of technology development, changes to the generally applicable provisions of law, including in the field of personal data protection and in the case of the Website development.

COOKIE POLICY

  1. The Data Controller collects information obtained automatically – system logs (so-called event logs), containing, in particular, public IP addresses and MAC identifiers of users visiting the Website www.axabee.com, travelti.app and using the services provided on the Website. System logs are used by the Data Controller for statistical purposes. Collective summaries in the form of statistics do not contain any features that identify users visiting the Website.
  2. The Data Controller, pursuant to the provisions of art. 173-174 of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Act, informs about the use of cookies, which are applied to collect information on the use of the www.axabee.com, travelti.app (Website) by the users.
  3. The Website uses cookies – text files stored in the user’s device and used to browse the Website pages.
  4. The purpose of using cookies by the Website is:
    1. creating analyses, reports and statistics on the way the users use the Website,
    2. adjusting the content of the Website to the user’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Website,
